¿Aportas o absorbes energía?
Hace unos días leí un interesante artículo de Juan Carlos Cubeiro en Expansión & Empleo, en el que nos plantea una preguntas sencillas mediante las que podemos ver en qué situación energética estamos.
“Cross y Parker nos hacen ocho preguntas que determinan hasta qué punto cada uno de nosotros aporta o absorbe energía de los demás:
1. ¿Te esfuerzas en desarrollar las relaciones en el día a día?
2. ¿Haces lo que has prometido hacer?
3. ¿Te enfrentas a los temas difíciles con sinceridad e integridad?
4. ¿Das soluciones en lugar de presentar las dificultades?
5. Cuando no estás de acuerdo con una opinión, ¿te centras en el tema en vez de atacar a quien la propone?
6. ¿Estás concentrado mental y físicamente en las reuniones?
7. ¿Eres flexible o tratas de llevar a los demás a tu punto de vista?
8. ¿Utilizas adecuadamente tus conocimientos y experiencia?
Te propongo puntuar entre 1 y 10 cada pregunta pensando en ti mismo, y pedirle a cinco personas de tu entorno laboral que lo cumplimenten anónimamente sobre ti. A partir del contraste puedes sentar las bases de un plan de acción personal relativo a tu capacidad de elevar o reducir la energía de tu equipo.”
